I've admired macro photography for awhile now but haven't had the chance to experiment with medium until recently. I had the opportunity to borrow a macro lens and see what would happen. I noticed how it changed the way you interact with your environment and how you see it. I enjoyed exploring my local gardens as well as visiting the Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens in Pasadena, CA for this macro project. I still have so much to learn and am looking forward to future opportunities with macro photography.
